After five years of studying Psychology at A-level and Degree level, obtaining a Fitness Instructor Award qualification, and my experience of being a dance coach, I have developed a deep passion for understanding the connection between mind, behaviour, well-being and physical health. I have always had a keen drive for self-confidence, self-improvement and being the best version of yourself. My studies have enabled me to learn the significance of nutrition and physical activity on health, most importantly that it is crucial to work at your own pace, physical activity can be fun, and that nutrition does not mean complete restriction.

My role as a Health and Wellbeing Coach within the personalised care sector involves focusing on what is important to you, identifying your motivations, and support in improving your knowledge, skills and confidence in order to achieve your self-set goals. These goals usually involve taking an active role in making decisions and lifestyle changes that benefit your health and wellbeing. You are the expert in your own life, so each session is tailored specifically to you, giving you time to discuss what matters to you, and setting goals that are realistic to your lifestyle and capabilities whilst taking into account any barriers you may face.
