I have been working in the NHS for 20 years now and have a real passion for making a difference in people's lives. Before joining ESPN, I worked in the community and secondary care sector working with patients to improve the quality of their care, moving into primary care 5 years ago to work alongside the GP teams in a non-clinical role. Where I joined the care navigator service, supporting patients primarily over the age of 65 in the community to remain independent at home through a holistic approach, before progressing into a healthcare assistant role at the primary care hub in April.
