Kirsty
Gender: Female
I started out in healthcare as a Home Care Assistant and then went on to work as a Healthcare Assistant in both surgical theatres and at a fertility clinic in Southampton. I then moved into Social Care working for Children's Services in the Adoption team. Although my roles have been quite varied, they have all centred around helping to support people and that is where I get the most job satisfaction. I am passionate about health and fitness and enjoy encouraging others to get out and enjoy walking and being in nature. I feel that wellness is both physical and mental and I believe that everyone, regardless of background, health needs or age, can be supported to make small changes in their life that bring big improvements to their wellbeing.
